Woodstock Open 2025 Sponsors

Once again, the Woodstock Tennis Club will be offering sponsorships for our Woodstock Open Tournament which takes place in August. Last season, we had a large number of competitors and expect to have an even greater number of competitors this season.

All sponsors will have a banner hung at the club. This year, we are offering four levels of sponsorship including only two Platinum sponsorships (first come, first served!). Sponsor levels are based on the size of the banners with each of the Platinum sponsors' banners on their own section of the fence on Court 1. These two spots are visible from the club's live camera and will not have any other banners next to them. Sponsorship banners will go up prior to the tournament and will stay up for the remainder of the 2025 season.

We will be designing tournament T-shirts again this year. All sponsors will have their name on the back of the shirts. Sponsorship level will determine the placement on the shirts, starting with Platinum sponsors on top.
 
The four levels are:
  Platinum: $700
  Gold: $550
  Silver: $350
  Bronze: $150
 
The banner sizes are as follows:
  Platinum/Gold: 4 ft x 6 ft
  Silver: 3 ft x 4 ft
  Bronze: 2 ft x 3 ft
 
If you would like to sponsor this year's tournament, CLICK HERE no later than 7/25/25. Sponsors from previous years can renew their sponsorship at a 15% discount if keeping the same banner - just EMAIL ME FOR THE DISCOUNT CODE. If previous sponsors want a new banner, they will have to pay the full price.
